We survived…

…the first day of class! What an exciting time of year when students return to campus. The classrooms, sidewalks and streets were filled with students ready and eager to learn. Yesterday 30 renovated classrooms made their debut to the TTU community; 5 in Holden Hall and 25 in the newly renovated Media & Communication building! There are now 41 General Purpose Classrooms that ASFR & CTS are diligently working to manage and maintain. We are excited for the opportunities GPCs will provide through standardized teaching environments that are conducive to better learning outcomes. We hope you all have a wonderful and successful semester!

Furniture has been installed!

Last week, the furniture for Holden 104 was reinstalled and the new ADA seating installed.Yesterday, Built for Dreams worked hard to install the new KI Learn2 student desks in the smaller classrooms. Everything looks great! There are some minor finishing touches (touch-up paint, cleaning, etc.), as well as programming the locks for instructor access, and the rooms will be ready for the Fall term to begin! The rooms look awesome and we are excited to finally reveal the results of our big impact summer renovations! Please feel free to contact me if you would like a tour of the newly renovated spaces! 🙂
